Recent Purchases: Topshop, ASOS, Primark & More!

I cannot believe this is the first post I've written in 7 weeks, it seems like I've been gone ages (which I have I guess) and I do have several reasons for my absence, there are three reasons to be precise. One, I had major surgery on my mouth and it's taken 4 weeks to recover, two, I have a new job and three, I have been mega busy with makeup jobs. The past 7 weeks have been crazy but everything seems to be settling down and I'm now in a routine meaning I'm able to plan my time. So now I can go to work, make my clients fancy and also blog/YouTube at the same time. Since I haven't done any posts for 7 weeks I didn't know what to write first so I thought I'd do a haul, everyone loves a haul right!

If you'd like to see all the things I've accumulated over the past 7 weeks, keep on scrolling!

Watch Here!

If you'd like to see what I've recently bought you can either watch the video provided at the top or keep on reading to see some images of the clothing. I cannot provided images of the Primark clothing as you can only buy Primark clothing in-store so if you'd like to see the items I've bought from Primark, you'll find them on the video.

IMATS Haul 2012

I'm not going to lie, this post is going to be very picture heavy so I don't think I'm going to go into depth about each of the products as I'd be writing this post for about a week.

I bought quite a few bits from the IMATS but I really wish I'd have bought more because of the fabulous discounts. Due to the business of the stands, I ended up only purchasing half of what I wanted to which is a bit naff so I've ended up buying online. I also completely forgot to visit the NYX, Rae Morris and various other stands so If i had of done, I'd be showing you a lot more products. Maybe I'll end up getting double the amount when I go to the IMATS next year, I just hope it's a lot calmer.

So here's what I purchased at the IMATS...

MAC Reflects Transparent Pink - £15.50

MAC Reflects Antique Gold - £15.50

MAC Lipstick in 'Fleshpot' - £13.50

Eldora Eyelashes in 'B107', 'H119' & 'H115'
3 pairs for £10.00 but usually around £4.50 each.

LA Splash Glitter in 'Dragon's Liar' - £6.00

LA Splash Glitter in 'Pastel Babe' - £6.00

Louise Young LY38 & LY24A Brushes
Top: LY38 - £17.00 (£13.60 at the IMATS)
Bottom: LY24A - £10.00 (£8.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever Mist & Fix (25ml) - £7.95 (Around £5.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever HD Foundation in '115' - £27.95 (Around £18.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever Lip Line Perfector - £12.50 (Around £8.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever Artistic Glitter in '3' - £10.95 (Around £7.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever Glitter in '13' - £9.95 (Around £6.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever Glitter in '2' - £9.95 (Around £6.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in '2' - £16.95 (Around £10.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in '3' - £16.95 (Around £10.00 at the IMATS)

Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in '7' - £16.95 (Around £10.00 at the IMATS)

Inglot Eyeshadow in 'AMC Shine 36' - £4.50 (£3.60 at the IMATS)

Inglot Eyeshadow in 'D.S 478' - £4.50 (£3.60 at the IMATS)

Inglot Eyeshadow in 'D.S 474' - £4.50 (£3.60 at the IMATS)

Inglot Eyeshadow in 'Pearl 454' - £4.50 (£3.60 at the IMATS)

Inglot Eyeshadow in 'Matte 339' - £4.50 (£3.60 at the IMATS)

Inglot Freedom System Palette (Square -10) - £8.00 (£6.40 at the IMATS)

Inglot AMC Cream Concealer in '60' - £9.00 (£7.20 at the IMATS)

A few swatches...

From left to right: Reflects Transparent Pink, Reflects Antique Gold, Pastel Babe, Dragon's Liar.

From left to right: Fleshpot, MUFE Aqua Cream '2', MUFE Aqua Cream '3', MUFE Aqua Cream '7'.

So that's everything that I purchased at the IMATS. As you can see I went a little crazy at the Make Up For Ever (MUFE) counter but you can't blame me really, there was a whopping 35% off! If MUFE do the same discount next year, I'll be buying lots! I really wanted to buy more from MAC Pro but I just couldn't get anywhere near the stand, it was horrendous. If it's the same situation next year then I'll possibly end up taking a trip down the MAC Pro store in Soho. I'll also definitely be visiting the NYX stand, and also buying a ZUCA case if PAM take those again!

I hope you all like my goodies and if you would like any reviews on the products shown, please comment below.

Thanks for reading and I apologise for all the photos!

Haul - Topshop, River Island, MAC...

This haul basically consists of items which I've bought over the past month. As you can imagine, it's not going to be a small haul so if you don't like picture heavy posts then you might want to stop reading. Either that or skip to my haul video at the end.

I forgot to mention a few bits of jewellery I had bought so I'm going to include them in my next haul instead. It's good job I didn't mention the jewellery on my video as my video is nearly 15 minutes long, and I'm only allowed to upload 15 minute videos to YouTube! Clearly I talk too much ;)

Anyway, here's what I bought...

Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in '01 - Fair' - £4.19 - Boots

No7 Cleanse & Care Eye Makeup Remover - £7.75 - Boots

Johnson's Daily Essentials Cleansing Wipes - £3.15 - Boots

Urban Decay Book Of Shadow IV Palette - £46.00 - Debenhams

Urban Decay Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Color in 'Big Bang'- £14.00 - Debenhams

MAC Shadestick in 'Tundra' - £13.50 - MAC Online

MAC Shadestick in 'Street Cool' - £13.50 - MAC Online

MAC Blush in 'Stunner' - £17.00 - MAC Online

Chanel Inimitable Intense Mascara - £22.50 - Debenhams

Here are a few swatches...

From left to right; Stunner, Tundra, Street Cool, Big Bang, Collection 2000 Concealer.

Let's look at what clothing and accessories I bought!...

Topshop Leigh Supersoft Jeans - £38.00 - Topshop

Urban Outfitters Truly Madly Deeply Animal Cross Tee - £28.00 - Urban Outfitters

I had to use stock photos for the next purchases as the photographs taken on my camera didn't give a true image of what each piece of clothing is like.

ASOS Faux Fur Leopard Hooded Coat With Ears - £85.00 - ASOS

River Island Dark Brown Maxi Skirt - £25.00 - River Island

River Island Cross Body Slouch Bag - £25.00 - ASOS

Haul - Topshop, Miss Selfridge, MAC...

I went shopping on Thursday and I bought quite a few lovely things. It will probably seem like I got nothing but I did in fact spend lots of pennies. Don't you just hate it when it looks like you've got nothing for your money?

Anyway, let's look at the good stuff...

Black Blazer - £65.00 - Topshop

£65 may seem a lot for a black blazer but it’s great quality and it’s going to last me for years. I never buy cheap blazers as they do not last 2 minutes. What’s the point in spending £25.00 on a blazer each year when I can spend £65.00 on a blazer that will last more than 3 years (if not more).

Black Patent Bow Shoes - £25.00 - Miss Selfridge

These shoes are lovely, they go with pretty much every outfit and they are very practical. Definitely worth £25.00!

Brown Chain Detail Loafers - £30.00 - River Island

I was unsure about loafers at first because I thought they wouldn’t suit me. I know that sounds a little bit ridiculous because they’re shoes, but no word of a lie, some shoes DO NOT suit me. I’m so glad I gave loafers a chance because they look beautiful on my ickle feet. So beautiful, that I’m going to buy them in black too.

Brown Headscarf - £6.50 - Miss Selfridge

I knew I wanted to buy this scarf as soon as I bought it. Not because I have an obsession with headscarves, it’s because of the colours. They are fab colours for Autumn/Winter and I cannot wait to wear this headscarf…along with my new tan loafers ;)

MAC Eyebrow Pencil in 'Fling' - £11.50 - Selfridges

I go through these eyebrow pencils like nothing on earth. You’d have thought I’d have learnt that these pencils have crap longevity but the simple greatness of them always wins me over. I’m also pretty lazy so the self sharpening quality is great for me.

Chanel Illusion D'Ombre - £22.50 each - Debenhams

Probably the most expensive purchases of the day. These babies retail at £22.50 each so they’re not particularly cheap but by eck they’re gorgeous. If I had Bill Gates bank account, I’d buy the whole lot of them.
Also, If you want to see the colours then watch my video :D or alternatively, I’ll be posting about these lovelies very soon and I’ll be including full swatches :D

If you have any questions about the above items, please feel free to comment below! Hope you enjoyed!
